IE6 and IE7 visitor javascript detection added

I've noticed that more than 40% of web-users out there use
antiquated deprecated browsers Like IE6 and IE7. They are a
security hazard to the users them selves and the internet,
spreading viruses and are a wasp nest for ill-wiled hackers and
people a like. So as of today I've developed added a new feature to
my webpage, that can detect which browser my visitor's are using.
And display appropriate information. To help and guide visitors to
update or change their browser of choice.
Visitors using IE6 or IE7 browsers will be met with tab with
information and a well known blue screen.
